KOZEE Refund Policy

KOZEE par hum apne customers ki satisfaction ko ahmiyat dete hain. Refund sirf following conditions par process kiya jaye ga:

1️⃣ Refund sirf us surat me hoga jab product:

  • Defective ho

  • Damaged ho

  • Ya wrong item receive hua ho

2️⃣ Product receive hone ke 24 hours ke andar refund request register karna zaroori hai with clear pictures / video proof.

3️⃣ Product unused, unwashed aur original condition me hona chahiye with original tags & packaging.

4️⃣ Sale ya discounted items par refund available nahi hoga.

5️⃣ Customer ko product khud courier karke KOZEE ke address par return karna hoga.
Return courier charges customer khud bear karega.

6️⃣ Product receive aur verify hone ke baad refund amount 5–7 working days ke andar customer ke bank account / wallet me transfer kar diya jaye ga.

7️⃣ Courier charges non-refundable honge, jab tak mistake KOZEE ki taraf se na ho.

8️⃣ Late complaint, without proof, ya used product par refund request accept nahi ki jaye gi.

9️⃣ Lighting aur screen resolution ki wajah se product ka color thora different ho sakta hai, is basis par refund claim valid nahi hoga.

Note: KOZEE management ka refund se related final decision final hoga.
